We recommend you wash your brushes weekly in warm soapy water.

Leave the brushes to soak for approx. 10-15 minutes.

Remove any hair using your fingers or another brush (do NOT use a brush cleaner as this voids warranty and can damage the bristles) and then shake dry.

All orders placed before 5.00pm (ACST) Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 5.00pm (ACST) will be packed the next business day. And posted the day after.

Shipping Costs
A $10.95 a flat fee applies to orders under $125. We promise, this is much less than it costs us to post your order to you!

For orders over $125 we offer free standard delivery across Australia.

Express Post - is offered for customers as a faster alternative but Australia Post no longer guarantees overnight delivery but this service is much faster than standard post. The flat rate for Express Post orders is $15.

Delivery
All orders are posted with Australia Post. Please double check your delivery address at the time of ordering, especially when using PayPal or ShopPay as sometimes a previous address can be automatically populated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number from us via email once your order has been packed. .

 Simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the Australia Post website where you can check where your parcel is at.
